Metrics Explained

  • Total Views: Number of times property has been seen (impressions)

  • Unique Prospects: unique number of prospects that have seen your property (reach)

  • Average Time on Page: Average amount of time that a prospect spends on property listing detail page

  • Detail Page Views: Number of clicks on property's listing detail page

  • Frequency: Average number of times that a prospect sees property

  • Total Time on Page: Total time that all prospects have spent on property's listing page

  • Impressions is the total overall exposure property has received. It includes the total number of times listing has appeared in searches and email blasts plus the total amount of web hits on listing.

  • Page Views is the total number of logged in and logged out visits to the page.

  • Visitors is the total number of logged-in users who visited listing page. The contact details of these users are collected and contacted.
