Letter of Intent Form
By clicking SUBMIT LOI you are submitting your interest in the property for sale.
If Seller accepts you will receive a separate email with a Purchase and Sale Agreement with either a counter or acceptance of your offer for you to accept or decline.
Once you accept by signing the Purchase and Sale Agreement you will receive an email with the Deliverables. The Deliverables are everything you need for you to review for the property, this includes lease, P&L, surveys, and any other information seller has submitted.
As soon as you receive the deliverables, the due diligence period starts. At any time during the due diligence period you may terminate the Purchase and Sale agreement for any reason and your earnest money, if any, will be refunded without penalty.
